The approach
Life is a system. When one part changes, everything changes.
Most people try to solve these problems individually. I look at the entire ecosystem.
- This is not therapy.
- This is not life coaching.
- This is not interior decorating.
- This is not feng shui consulting.
- This is Life Design.
What I actually am
- Strategic sounding board
- Creative director
- Lifestyle designer
- Project manager
- Decision partner
- Accountability partner
- Fresh perspective
You already have the answers.
I help organise the chaos so you can see them clearly.
Throughout my career I have designed experiences — fashion styling, film productions, restaurants, events, hospitality, businesses, homes. Every one of those environments runs on the same principle.
Good design removes friction.
So instead of asking “what should you do?” I ask “how does your life actually work?” Then we redesign it.
Reduce friction
Small frustrations slowly drain energy.
- Sticky kitchen drawer?Fix it.
- Closet full of clothes you never wear?Simplify it.
- Furniture that blocks conversation?Move it.
- Kitchen too difficult to cook in?Redesign it.
- Bedroom reminds you of your previous life?Transform it.
Every unnecessary obstacle steals attention.
Removing friction creates ease.
Ease creates capacity.
Capacity creates change.
The method
Four questions, scored honestly.
Mind
- How are you doing mentally?
- What is consuming your thoughts?
- What is keeping you awake?
- What decisions feel overwhelming?
- What feels exciting?
Body
- How is your energy?
- How are you sleeping?
- How are you eating?
- Are you moving your body?
- Does your environment support your health?
Spirit
- What brings you joy?
- Who do you feel connected to?
- What are you hopeful about?
- What do you miss?
- What are you looking forward to?
Environment
- Does your home support the person you are becoming?
- Which room causes the most stress?
- What do you see every day that bothers you?
- Does your wardrobe make mornings easier?
- Is your calendar supporting your priorities?
Environment is where this becomes different. Most coaching lives entirely in conversation. My background means I can walk through how you are actually living — and that is usually where the answer has been sitting.
Eastern wisdom, practical application
No crystals. No money frogs. No rules.
I draw on feng shui, yoga, mindfulness, hospitality, environmental psychology and design thinking.
These are not belief systems I teach. They are simply tools I use to create environments that support clarity, ease, connection and flow.
Just thoughtful design that supports your everyday life.
Your map
One page you can put on the wall.
Every engagement produces a hand-drawn map of your next chapter — what is changing, what it touches, and what happens first. Not a report. Something you actually look at.
