The Fresh Start Intensive
One day can change the direction of everything.
The way in for someone not ready to commit to months of anything.
That is the honest reason this exists, and saying so out loud tends to be a relief. One day, on your own systems, with something written down at the end of it. If it turns into more, good. If it does not, you still have the plan.
